When you purchase any of my services, you agree that you've read and understood all of my terms and conditions. I hold no responsibilities for any misunderstanding of my policies! I will assume that you have read and agreed to everything on this page as soon as any payment of service is received.
By purchasing or engaging in any service with me, you agree to the following:
General Terms and Conditions
You are 18 years or over. If you are underage, do not contact me about services and please stay away from all of my content!
All of my services are digital ONLY and I do not do any in real life meetups for any reason. This is non-negotiable! And no, it doesn't matter if you are Brad Pitt, or how many imaginary inches your dick is!
Please do not try and re-negotiate my prices. I may not work with you if you ask.
Services are non-refundable, unless I cannot deliver for some reason. If there is another issue, we will discuss it and work something out; you will either receive an equivalent service or be cashed out in premade content.
None of the content you purchase from me can be redistributed, resold or shared!
I own the rights to all content and it can be resold or shared in the future, unless you have paid the "Exclusive to you" fee.
Do not leave any messages when making a payment. If a message is required, please leave a basic "thank you" note. Do NOT include anything sexual or suggestive. Your payment will be declined or considered a tip if this happens.
Custom content will be created and delivered within a maximum of 14 days (2 weeks), unless otherwise discussed.
Payments sent without agreement of services will be considered a non-refundable tip.
No services will be performed until payment has been received and cleared in full!!
All of my contact information (Reddit, Kik, Telegram, Discord, Skype, Twitter etc.) is for business purposes only. Do not contact me there for anything else as I will not chat for free. I am happy to have friendly, non-business conversations on my Patreon!
If you are rude or abusive to me at any point during our interactions, you will receive one verbal warning. If the behaviour continues, I reserve the right to end service and block you without refund.
Unblock fee is $75. DO NOT attempt to contact me with a new account, pretending to be someone else or you will be permanently black listed from working with me and potentially other creators I associate with.
Live Sessions
Interactive services such as Kik require just that; interaction, unless previously discussed. I will not continue to send content if you disappear mid-session. Rescheduling is available, at my discretion.
Unless previously discussed, I expect you to be ready to start a session when payment is received. I will not reschedule without prior notice and will start counting your time down after 5 minutes whether you are there or not.
When booking services in advance, you are responsible for being available at the scheduled time(s). I cannot refund or roll it over unless you have contacted me about any change in availability with at least 3 hours notice.
You cannot spring fetishes mid-session that have not been mentioned before hand. I do not guarantee including any fetishes that were not discussed. I will end the session, without a refund, if you request anything on my hard limit list!
For you more observant clients who are likely reading this; I do offer discounts given out at my discretion to returning clients that are punctual, easy to work with, and have clearly read my terms, kinks and limits, and payment options! Please let me know that you read this and I am happy to extend the discount to you! :)
